Licensing Opportunities
Bring beauty and craftsmanship to your brand with the timeless elegancy of designs by William Morris.
About William Morris
William Morris (1834–1896) was a visionary designer, writer, and reformer whose intricate patterns, bold colours, and organic motifs helped shape the Arts and Crafts Movement. His designs continue to inspire generations of artists, makers, and brands worldwide.
The William Morris Society, based at Kelmscott House in Hammersmith, preserves Morris’s legacy and offers access to his work for licensing in a way that honours his values and aesthetic.
Licensing with the William Morris Society
The Society offers selective licensing opportunities to use Morris’s original designs, and artworks across a wide range of products. Whether you’re developing a homeware line, stationery collection, fashion range, or educational content, our licensing programme ensures your project reflects the beauty and integrity of Morris’s vision.
We work closely with carefully considered partners and licensees to create beautiful and inspiring products from the Society’s collection of wallpapers, textiles, embroideries, photographs, and more.
Our licensing programme is an important part of what we do as it not only creates a pathway for Morris designs to be more accessible and creatively applied in a range of different products, but with the income that it generates, it allows us to continue our charitable work of perpetuating the life and work of William Morris and his followers.
Available Assets Include:
