Nestled on the banks of the River Thames in Hammersmith, The William Morris Society offers a truly special setting for private functions, corporate events, and intimate celebrations. The William Morris Society invites you to step into the world of one of Britain’s most influential designers, thinkers, and social reformers.

Our Spaces
The Coach House
A beautifully restored 18th-century outbuilding, once used by Morris himself for lectures and events.
The Garden Room
A small intimate room for an private event or meeting.
The Garden
A charming walled garden, ideal for summer receptions and outdoor gatherings.
The Lower Library
A beautifully decorated space with original fireplace and library bookshelves.
The Print Room
A colourful room featuring Morris’ original Albion printing press and original books on display.
All our historic spaces are perfect for:
Lectures & Talks, Receptions, Workshops, Private Dinners, Corporate events, Book Launches, Intimate Weddings & Celebrations (Coming soon), Filming & Photography
Facilities include: (available on request)
Wi-Fi, Projector & Screen, Tables, Chairs & AV Equipment, Step-free access to the Coach House, Catering recommendations, Kitchenette, 1 x Toilet.

Daytime Hire Rates
£55 per hour per space + 1 hour set up/clear up time added to all hires.
Minimum hire: 2 hours
Availability: 9am-5pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Do get in touch if you’d like to hire the spaces at other times.
Evening Hire Rates
£75 per hour per space + 1 hour set up/clear up time added to all hires
Minimum hire: 2 hours
Availability: 5pm-10pm Monday to Sunday. Do get in touch if you’d like to hire the spaces at other times.
Parking Space Hire
We also hire our three riverside parking spaces during the day and evenings too. If you’re interested in hiring our parking spaces for short or long stays, please get in touch.
