Rewilding Morris: wilderness and the wild in William Morris’s last romances

A talk by Dr Phillippa Bennett who will consider the concepts of the wild and wilderness in Morris’s Last Romances and News from Nowhere, as well as looking more broadly with reference to the period and Morris’s own literary and political writings.

Phillippa Bennett lectures in English at the University of Northampton, and is a former Secretary of The William Morris Society.
